Boundless innovation

Setting innovation free within T-Mobile
Since UST got involved, things have been different. New software automatically identifies and mitigates issues before outages occur. The domain is mature and stable, so Anand has the time and space to focus on what he does best - even during the critical first 15 minutes of a major product release.
Anand joined T-Mobile three years ago. He operates the DCD, making sure it can meet consumer demand 24/7 and designing new features to improve the commerce journey.
He’s passionate about what he does and works best when he’s in a “flow” state. When he first joined, there were constant interruptions. He had to keep one eye out for blips and outages; his team could easily lose half a day to diagnosing a problem.
I can see and feel the difference. Everything I do, I build on this domain; this new stability means I can deliver more innovative releases, faster. I’m more successful, even on a bad day.Anand, T-Mobile Principal Engineer

Anand feels comfortable supporting the application, and is more productive in his work designing new features.

He loves his job because he has the freedom to bring the ideas in his head to life, and he sees the impact it has on customers.
